Born with an innate passion for putting clients' best interests first, Faiza's dedication to helping others, whether they are her clients or not, stems from the profound influence of her late mother. Her mother's wisdom instilled in her the values of kindness and authenticity, shaping Faiza's approach to wealth management.
Faiza's exceptional work ethic and proficiency with numbers manifested early in her life as she actively assisted her parents in managing their family business in Ethiopia. Upon her arrival in the United States in 1988, she pursued a Degree in Supervision & Management from Southwestern College, marking the beginning of a remarkable 22-year career at Bank of America. There, she managed a retail banking branch, trained managers, and provided valuable financial guidance to clients. Faiza's achievements in banking paved the way for her transition into the Wealth Management industry over a decade ago.
Her remarkable ability to build rapport and put people at ease, combined with her extensive experience and deep industry knowledge, form the bedrock of her success in business development and wealth management. Faiza is a staunch advocate for financial education and empowerment, with a particular focus on women, encouraging them to make informed decisions about their professional and personal finances. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Faiza cherishes her role as the mother of four wonderful children, including a son with Asperger's.
